Incentive Program Provider

Karpman Consulting provides consulting services related to the design and administration of energy efficiency incentive programs. We specialize in energy modeling based programs and have been involved in the design and administration of programs throughout the Northeast, including the NYSERDA New Construction program, NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program, the New Jersey Clean Energy Program — Pay for Performance Program, and the Energize CT — Whole Building Performance program. Our work has involved the development and ongoing maintenance of energy modeling guidelines defining program technical policy; the review of project submittals; the development of reporting tools to facilitate program participation and quality control; and the development of technical tools to support program activity.
