We led the development of the MFHR Simulation Guidelines and the Performance Path Calculator and are intimately familiar with the program rules. Our engineers have provided design support and energy modeling for numerous multifamily projects and delivered energy modeling trainings. In-depth understanding of the program rules combined with the hands-on energy modeling experience makes us uniquely qualified to help your projects achieve its energy goals and streamlines the project approval.

Please contact us for more information on the certification process, fees and available discounts. We can help you troubleshoot modeling issues with the Enhanced Review option, and also offer hourly technical support. We typically respond to your questions in less than three days (and often the same day) and have review turnaround of 20 business days or less.

Please visit the ENERGY STAR Website for more program information.
